These menus are designed to be served to follow your Wedding Ceremony or on Guest Arrival and works perfectly paired with our Buffet Dinner
On the day we arrive 3-4 hours prior to service to setup onsite, we require access to an undercover area next to parking (as we have our mobile ovens in our van) with access to power, water and lighting for night time functions. As a guide we require 2x10amp power points. We ask for you to provide the tables and table cloths for the catering service. This generally includes 4 x 1.8m trestle tables positioned in a straight line allowing guests to flow down either side of the buffet – this ensures a smooth and efficient service, not to mention a social atmosphere for guests during the buffet service. An additional 2 tables/cloths are required if Finger Food and/or Dessert is provided.
